System Back Up - The technician will compact your database (which in most cases speeds up your system as if it were brand new).  They will perform a complete back up of your entire Point of Sale database saving it to a 2GB flash drive that is yours to KEEP at no additional charge!  This is an invaluable resource to have in the event you experience a system crash or hard drive failure.
